Orders are confirmed upon payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent immediately. Project scope and delivery timeline are confirmed within 1-2 business days.
All deliverables are digital files delivered by email or shared folder. Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing at project start.
A five-day revision window is included after delivery. Minor corrections are handled without additional charge within that period.
The completed translation is the property of the client upon full payment. sh-translation retains no rights to client content.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vila Nova de Famalicao.
