The same process on every project. What changes is the specialist and the language pair, not the flow.
Share the source files, target languages, intended audience, and deadline. A terminology guide or style notes at this stage save multiple revision rounds later.
We match the project to specialists by subject area and language combination, not just availability. A translator on a legal patent has different credentials than one working on a literary text.
Specialist linguists work in the source material. For technical or legal content, subject-matter reference materials and your internal glossary are used throughout. We do not work from machine-translated drafts.
Every translation is reviewed by a second linguist: a native speaker of the target language who checks accuracy, terminology consistency, and fluency. For legal content, a third specialist review is available.
Files in original format plus PDF. A five-day review window for you to request minor corrections. Anything outside the original scope is quoted separately; anything within it is covered.
